Group kickboxing bootcamp, plus a dedicated women's-only room — both built as fitness classes first, with kickboxing as the tool that gets you there.
2 weeks of bootcamp + a private dojo session
This isn't a martial arts class — it's a workout that happens to use kickboxing, because pad work is one of the most effective, engaging ways to build strength and cardio at the same time. You'll pick up real technique along the way, but the goal every session is the same: leave stronger than you walked in.
"The classes are fun yet challenging, providing a full body workout and a good sweat to start the day. Each class is different, keeping you on your toes — plus learning kickboxing skills is so much fun! In just 6 weeks I noticed I got stronger and fitter."
Wendy, Bootcamp member
Same fitness-first approach as bootcamp — pad work, conditioning and technique — in a class made up of women only. Whether you're brand new or already know your way around the bag, it's a space to push yourself without feeling like you have to prove anything.
"I joined Horizon Fit at the end of January and lost 18 lbs in just 4 months! I feel stronger, leaner and happier. The environment is very supportive and friendly — kickboxing is a really fun way to get into great shape and feel powerful. I highly recommend it."
Maya, 45, Horizon Fit member
Both classes run out of Horizon Martial Arts at 1051 Kingston Rd — we only have the space in the mornings, so these are the only times available.
