The Healthy Habit Olympics isn’t about chasing perfection or extreme results.
It’s about building habits that last — and leading by example as you head into a new year.

how the healthy habit olympics works

Step 1: Join or register a team

Sign up solo or register a team of up to 5 people.

Teams can include friends, family, coworkers, or neighbours.

(Solo registrants will be placed on a team.)

Step 2: Complete the Daily Standards

Each day, you’ll aim to complete three simple standards designed to fit real life:

  • Daily Movement

    At least 20 minutes of intentional movement (walk, workout, sport, class, etc.)

  • Daily Protein Goal based on your bodyweight

    Prioritize protein at every meal to support energy, strength, and recovery

  • Daily Recovery

    A minimum of 5 minutes of recovery work (stretching, mobility, breathing, or similar)

These standards are about consistency, not intensity.

Step 3: Earn points by showing up

Each daily standard completed earns 1 point.

You don’t lose anything if you miss a day.

You can only gain a maximum of 3 points from the daily standards per day.

The goal is simple: show up as often as you can over the 5 weeks.

Step 4: Complete Optional Bonus Events

Want to earn extra points? You’ll have access to 15 total bonus events across:

  • Fitness
  • Nutrition
  • Recovery

You can complete up to 3 bonus events per day, for a maximum of 3 bonus points daily.

Bonus events are optional, varied, and designed so everyone can participate, regardless of fitness level.

Step 5: Check In Daily (Quick & Simple)

Each day, you’ll complete a 30–60 second Google Form check-in on your phone.

This is how:

  • Your points are tracked
  • Leaderboards stay accurate
  • Accountability stays high

Same-day check-ins only — quick, easy, and done.

step 6: Accumulate Points as a Team

Your daily points are added to your team total. This is where the challenge really works.

You’ll need to:

  • Communicate with your teammates
  • Show up for each other
  • Not let the team down

No one wins this alone.

Consistency as a group is what separates the top teams.

step 7: Compete on the Leaderboard & Win Awards 🏅

Team scores are tracked and updated regularly on the leaderboard.

At the end of the challenge, we’ll recognize:

  • Top teams (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
  • Individual standouts with awards like:
    • 🧑‍🍳 Master Chef Award
    • 🔥 Hardcore Award
    • 🧘 Inner Peace Award
    • 🏋️ Habit Builder Award
    • 🏆 Total Points Champion
    • …and more

Winners are announced at the Closing Ceremony on Feb 22.

This registration provides challenge access only.

It does not include bootcamp classes or personal training sessions. The Healthy Habit Olympics is designed to be completed independently, with structure, accountability, and clear guidance provided through the challenge materials.

That said — if you want additional coaching, support, or hands-on training during or after the challenge, you’re welcome to reach out. We offer an exclusive training package for challenge participants who want extra help building on their momentum.
