I joined Horizon Fit to reset my exercise routine. Between work and kid obligations, I stopped making time for myself. Which is why the morning workout time is perfect for my busy schedule. I can get a great workout in and still have time for all my other commitments. Plus, the workouts are amazing. I’ve done traditional gym workouts before and they’re fine, but the workouts with Horizon Fit are different. They are fun! The combination of kickboxing and HIIT training not only gets your heart rate up, it is the perfect way to kickstart your morning.

I have thoroughly enjoyed attending the morning bootcamps with Stephen at HorizonFit.  The classes are fun yet challenging, providing a full body workout and a good sweat to start the day.  Each class is different keeping you on your toes plus learning kickboxing skills is so much fun!  In just 6 weeks I have noticed I got stronger and fitter.  Can't wait to see what 6 months and then a year and beyond would do!  Getting fit and staying fit has never been so much fun!

What a great first experience! I'm a total newbie when it comes to any fitness. when I came across this opportunity on Instagram I didn't want to pass it up. it didn't seem like I could lose anything except a bit of unwanted weight. Stephen is a fantastic trainer, the routine he had us do was easy enough to follow but definitely had impact each day. I seen that when other people started, they were more advanced & he was able to adjust things accordingly for them.
