This isn’t your typical youth fitness camp.
The Summer Strength Camp uses a unique Tag Team Personal Training format—2 athletes training together under expert coaching. It’s the perfect balance of personalized attention, peer motivation, and high-level results.
This program teaches young athletes how to weight train properly in the gym—with a focus on the fundamentals of the squat, press, deadlift, and bench press.
Every session is carefully coached in a safe, controlled environment, with an experienced trainer watching every rep to ensure proper form and technique.
