What is this?

A 4-Week Summer Program for Youth Athletes Who Want to Train Smarter, Get Stronger, and Build Real Confidence in just 3 hours per week.

This isn’t your typical youth fitness camp.

The Summer Strength Camp uses a unique Tag Team Personal Training format—2 athletes training together under expert coaching. It’s the perfect balance of personalized attention, peer motivation, and high-level results.

This program teaches young athletes how to weight train properly in the gym—with a focus on the fundamentals of the squat, press, deadlift, and bench press.

Every session is carefully coached in a safe, controlled environment, with an experienced trainer watching every rep to ensure proper form and technique.

By training with a partner, athletes:

  • Push each other further in a friendly, competitive setting

  • Build better habits with a reliable training buddy

  • Get strong, fast, and confident in a way that sticks

  • Learn the right techniques before stepping into the gym alone

Here’s what you get if your athlete is chosen as one of the 12 participants

8 Tag Team Strength Training Sessions (2:1 Format)
Each week, your athlete will attend two tag-team personal training sessions (just 2 athletes per session) at my private home gym in The Beaches. They’ll learn how to properly perform the squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press—all under expert guidance with every rep coached. This is where they’ll build real strength, develop proper technique, and gain confidence in the gym.

4 Outdoor Speed & Conditioning Sessions
Every Saturday morning, we’ll take things outside for a fun and challenging group workout focused on speed, conditioning, and athletic movement. Sessions rotate between Pantry Park, Birchmount Park, the Water Filtration Plant, and the pull-up bars at the bottom of Balsam by the beach—all right here in The Beaches.

Expert Coaching & Individualized Attention
With the Tag Team format, your athlete gets personal training-level support at every session. This isn’t just a workout—it’s real coaching. Every movement is taught, corrected, and reinforced to set them up for long-term success in and out of the gym.
