What is this?

50 Strong is a 50-day challenge designed to help you get leaner, stronger, and more disciplined by following a simple system every day.

For 50 days, you will:

  • Train with Horizon Fit bootcamps 3x/week
  • Follow 5 non-negotiable daily rules
  • Use personalized home workouts on off days
  • Check in and stay accountable
  • Build habits that actually last

This is not about perfection.

It is about proving you can stay consistent.

What you get when you join

21 High-Energy Bootcamp Sessions
You’ll get access to kickboxing-based bootcamp 3x/week for 7 weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)—that’s 21 total workouts led by an experienced coach in a supportive small-group setting. Every session blends strength, conditioning, and kickboxing to torch fat, build muscle, and boost confidence.

Personalized Home Workouts for Off Days
You’ll receive custom home workouts based on your goals and the equipment you have access to. These are designed to fill in your training gaps and keep you moving on non-bootcamp days.

Weekly Accountability Check-Ins
Every week, you’ll get personal check-ins from your coach to make sure you’re staying consistent, motivated, and on track with your habits and progress. No more falling off the wagon—this time, you’ve got backup.

Our amazing community will be behind you as well. This isn’t a solo challenge.

Simple, Straightforward Nutrition Guide
No gimmicks—just a clean and realistic 50-day nutrition plan. You’ll get a full guide plus recipe books (including a complete smoothie book) to make eating well easy, effective, and sustainable.

A Real Reset Before Summer
